Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
- Perform inventory tracking and reconciliation
- Process distribution orders (pick, pack, ship)
- Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards
- Support audits and discrepancy resolution
- Experience:
- Minimum 4 years total experience
- At least 2-4 years specialized experience in warehouse, receiving, or distribution operations
- Education:
- High School Diploma
- Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Certifications / Tools:
- Forklift certification
- Skills:
- Warehouse operations and inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and compliance
- Experience:
- DoD / IC / Federal programs
- Education:
- Associate or Bachelors' degree Logistics or related field
- Clearance:
- TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- Certifications / Tools:
- OSHA/safety certifications
- Certified Logistics Technician (CLT)
- Knowledge:
- WMS, ERP, RFID, 3PL systems
