Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories.
- Produce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
- Document data pipelines, APIs, and machine learning models.
- Maintain compliance documentation aligned with industry and government standards.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
- Support Quality Control Plan documentation and reporting.
- Maintain documentation repositories within collaboration platforms.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience producing technical documentation for IT or analytics systems.
- Strong technical writing and knowledge management skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT or analytics programs.
- Familiarity with data architecture and machine learning documentation standards.
