Starting Salary: $30,000 - $40,000/year (Based on experience)

Comprehensive Hands-On Training Program:

At Graham Spray Equipment, we believe the best way to understand our products-and our commitment to quality-is to experience them firsthand. That's why all new Sales team members begin with a 3-4-month rotational training program designed to immerse you in every aspect of our operation.

You'll work alongside our skilled teams in Assembly, Fiberglass, Parts, and Welding, gaining valuable insight into the craftsmanship and precision that go into every rig we build. This hands-on experience ensures that by the time you join the Sales Team, you'll have a deep, well-rounded understanding of our products, processes, and the people who make it all happen.

What We're Looking For:

• Required Qualifications:
• Required Qualifications:
• Must pass a drug screening and background check
• Professional appearance and demeanor-you're the face of Graham
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 2 years as a lawn spar technician
• 2 years in sales.
• High school diploma or GED
• Physically able to lift 75 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in various environments
• Comfortable using hand tools and reading a tape measure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with commercial lawn spray rigs or truck-mounted water pumping systems
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Basic knowledge of 2D CAD software
• Previous sales experience in lawncare, automotive, or related industries

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers nationwide
• Generate leads through referrals, cold calling, and marketing efforts
• Guide customers in selecting the right rigs and parts for their needs
• Provide accurate product, pricing, and availability information
• Follow up on orders and resolve customer concerns
• Represent Graham at industry trade shows and events
• Work independently and stay self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
