Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Schedule appointments for vehicle service and sales inquiries
- Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly
- Assist with customer check-in and check-out processes
- Collect payments and handle general office tasks
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery logistics
- Monitor and track loaner vehicle usage
- Provide outstanding customer service to every customer interaction
