Graham Personell is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities - Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform data entry.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Organize warehouse stock and maintain material locations.
- Prepare shipments and stage orders for delivery.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
- Active forklift certification/license required.
- Experience loading and unloading trucks.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the day.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment for extended periods.
- Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
