Family Law Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Graham Law Firm, PLLC:   We are a prominent Family Law firm located in Leesburg, Virginia.  We are seeking a Paralegal who is highly motivated, personable and has excellent organizational skills.   The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting the attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to:

-       Assisting with the preparation, filing and service of pleadings

-       Acting as a liaison with the clients

-       Organizing and managing documents

-       Coordinating the collection, review and production of documents and responding to discovery requests

-       Assisting with trial preparation including the assembly of exhibits and trial binders

Qualified Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Word, Excel, and Adobe.  Notary Public is a plus.

3-5 years’ experience preferred, but willing to train individuals with less experience.
