Friday & Saturday | 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Prepare food of consistent quality by following recipe cards, as well as production and portion standards, based on orders from servers.
- Assist as a counter attendant as needed to support overall restaurant operations.
- Properly date all food containers and rotate products in accordance with Graham Hotel Systems’ hospitality standards, ensuring all perishables are stored at appropriate temperatures.
- Maintain inventory logs, assist with ordering products, and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Check par levels for each shift, determine necessary preparation, complete freezer pulls, and ensure proper line setup.
- Communicate any out-of-stock items or potential shortages promptly.
- Perform daily cleaning of the dining and prep areas, including guest tables and kitchen spaces.
- Secure and store all food, beverage, and equipment at the end of each shift.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
