Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist - Lymphedema - Eligible for $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Licensed professionals who evaluate, diagnose and treat patients with health conditions that limit their ability to move and perform everyday activities. Therapists provide services to help patients develop, recover, improve and maintain the skills needed for everyday living and working. The therapists also direct and supervise other staff members within the provision of therapy services and other duties as allowed within their scope of practice. Therapists are a vital member of the healthcare team, working cohesively with physicians and surgeons to help patients with both acute and chronic conditions. Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services.
Willing to train for Lymphedema
Position Qualifications:
- Physical Therapist: Graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
OR
- Occupational Therapist: Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of science degree.
- License and registration as required by State of Illinois
- BLS certification
