We're looking for a Program Manager to lead the coordination of a high-volume portfolio of land development projects. This role is the central point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies — keeping projects organized, on schedule, on budget, and well documented.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating schedules, milestones, and deadlines across multiple projects
- Tracking due diligence, entitlement, and permitting timelines
- Maintaining project files, contracts, and regulatory documentation
- Facilitating communication among engineers, architects, contractors, and agencies
- Preparing correspondence, meeting agendas/minutes, and reports
- Supporting project setup, invoicing, and administrative needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and licensure preferred
- Experience in civil engineering, architecture, land planning, or real estate
- Background in land development and high-volume rollouts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Proven leader and manager
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
