Job Responsibilities
As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles while following dealership and manufacturer standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform repairs efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns
- Perform digital vehicle inspections and document recommendations
- Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management
- Work closely with the parts department to obtain required parts
- Road test vehicles as necessary to verify repairs
- Document all work performed and recommendations accurately on repair orders
- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and certification courses
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist and mentor apprentice technicians when applicable

Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of automotive repair experience
- Dealership experience
- European vehicle experience (Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche)
- ASE certifications
- Experience performing digital vehicle inspections
- Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience
- Manufacturer training certifications
