We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Ford Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of the automotive industry. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing inventory, and providing exceptional service to our customers. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Promptly greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner and determine specifics of the vehicle desired.
- Build rapport and establish common ground with customers.
- Commit to guaranteeing satisfaction to all customers, recognizing that our business is built on customer relationships and trust.
- Be proactive in learning all Ford products to ensure success in providing an engaging, knowledgeable, and confident product presentation and demonstration.
- Stay informed about competitive products and marketing strategies. Develop negotiating skills necessary to close profitable sales transactions.
- Prospect for clients through phone, email, referrals, friends, and personal networks.
- Introduce customers to the Service Department and highlight the quality and convenience of our service and maintenance options.
- Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat business and ensure customer loyalty.
- Set personal sales and career advancement goals in collaboration with the sales management team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Ford dealership environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in inventory and paperwork management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while remaining self-motivated and goal-driven.
- Strong math and communication skills for handling transactions and customer discussions.
