Schedule:
- Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Occasional extended days and emergency service calls

Requirements:
- 4 years of electrical trade experience
- 2-year degree in an electrical-related field preferred
- Working knowledge of NEC codes, arc flash, and safety protocols
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills (residential commercial)
- Low voltage experience (voice, data, fire alarm) is a plus
- Must hold or be able to obtain a Canton and/or Massillon Journeyman Card
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings
- Professional communication and customer interaction skills
- Physically capable of electrical work (climbing, kneeling, lifting, etc.)
- Displays personal integrity, initiative, and a willingness to help wherever needed

Core Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality residential and light commercial electrical installs and repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Install and terminate panels, transformers, meters, and distribution equipment
- Ensure all work meets NEC standards and OSHA safety rules
- Lead, train, and mentor apprentices on-site
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with clients and the office team
