What You'll Do
As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for every guest by:
- Greeting customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Preparing fresh, high-quality food according to Charleys standards
- Operating the grill, fryer, beverage station, and cash register
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and packaging orders with attention to quality and presentation
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Working together with teammates to ensure fast, friendly service
- Restocking products and keeping workstations organized
- Helping create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for guests and team members
