*We DO not send teachers home early (unless they want to go :) just be cause numbers drop, we respect these are your hour$
*Unlike daycare we do not move kids up throughout the year, this is a 4k room these children will all be 5K eligible . We believe in continuity, the kids in your room are the kids you have for the year
Hours : hours are negotiable but our ideal candidate will work 3 - 9 or10 hour days and 2 - 5 or 6 hour days (including their 1/2 PAID break).
Pay range of $18- $21 depending on qualifications
Must be full time and have at least an associates
Duties of a teacher (including but not limited to) providing developmentally appropriate, engaging lesson plan, effective, positive parent communication, and a safe, clean, organized , attractive, age appropriate environment with age appropriate toys, activities and interest areas.
Must know and incorporate appropriate child development strategies, including positive discipline. Must attend staff meetings, further skills with quality continuing education, maintain consistent full-time work hours, work to foster and promote a positive and supportive environment.
