Your Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Ensure residents’ physical and emotional well-being with kindness and patience.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment.
Requirements:
- Active Ohio STNA certification.
- A caring attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in long-term care is a plus, but we welcome new STNAs!
