Assistant Principal (Middle School)

Qualifications: Masters degree in an academic discipline, education, or educational administration Valid Massachusetts certification, SEI Endorsement Minimum of two years successful experience as a classroom teacher Ability to communicate effectively Job Responsibilities: Supervision and evaluation of professional and support staff Monitor and coordinate student discipline in accordance with due process rights of students Assist the Principal in the development and implementation of the school budget Assist the Principal in fostering an atmosphere of high expectations and positive culture and climate Assist the Principal in generating positive parent and community involvement and the enhancement of parent and staff relations Collaborate with District Administration and teacher teams to coordinate, develop, implement and assess programming and curriculum This is a school year plus twenty-five day position (208 days).

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
