What are the responsibilities and job description for the MNA position at Grafton County, NH?
Full-Time, 40 hrs per week, varied shifts
Every other weekend
Under the supervision of the supervising RN or LPN, administers medications in accordance with current state regulations.
Must have current New Hampshire LNA license and MNA certification, with the equivalent of two years of full-time experience in nursing in the last five years. Must have knowledge of and ability to follow all relevant laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and techniques involved in administering medications and providing related bedside care. Must be able to read, write and understand the English language. Must be detail oriented and able to administer medications and perform all related tasks with a high degree of timeliness and accuracy. Must demonstrate good judgement. Must be keenly aware of hazards to medication recipients and self. Is aware of and uses proper body mechanics at all times.
