Experienced Diecut Operator (Night Shift – Mode Schedule)
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Full-Time | Sinking Spring, PA
Grafika, an award-winning and family-owned printing & packaging company, is growing! We’re looking for an experienced Diecut Operator to join our high-speed production team and operate state-of-the-art diecutting equipment in a clean, modern, climate-controlled facility.
Schedule
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Mode Schedule (2-2-3 rotation) with built-in long weekends and predictable time off.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, adjust, and operate sheet-fed diecut machinery
- Review job jackets, samples, and select proper dies/blanking units
- Install dies, set make-ready, and ensure cutting accuracy
- Monitor output for registration, build-up, creasing, and defects
- Measure materials to maximize yield
- Mark or remove defective items
- Tear down jobs and maintain a clean work area
- Assist with manual bindery tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience operating diecutting equipment is required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity
- Basic math skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (occasionally up to 100 lbs.)
- Ability to bend, reach overhead, squat, and climb platform stairs
- Comfortable working in a moderate-to-high noise production area
