What it is like working here

What Ops Techs do
No previous graffiti removal experience? We only work with coachable people, anyway.
- Drive company vehicles to customer properties
- Safely use ladders and equipment to remove graffiti using paint, pressure washing, specialty cleaners, and restoration techniques
- Photograph completed work
- Match paint colors and perform professional touch-up painting
- Patrol area of operations and provide opportunity insights
- Communicate with customers and teammates throughout the day
- Solve unexpected problems in the field
- Make the Seattle area better each day.
What Ops Techs must have
These are GraffitiCo’s expectations:
- The ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors year-round in Seattle weather conditions
- The ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- A valid Washington State driver's license
- A clean driving record
- Basic iPad skills for photos and documentation
- The courage to work safely on ladders and with cleaning solutions
- Employment is contingent upon being the right fit, which does include: (1) successfully passing a Washington State Patrol background check, (2) a pre-employment drug screening, and (3) working in alignment with GraffitiCo policies.

Pay, Benefits, and Schedule
- Schedule: Full-time, 40-hour work week commitment, Monday—Friday on a 4x10-hour schedule upon entry into Voluntary 4x10 Agreement.
- Entry Base Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Prevailing Wage: $57.46–$71.09 per hour, assignments given based on trust earned.
- Bonus Opportunities: conditions given with employment offer letter.
- Perks: PTO and sick leave, paid holidays, paid birthday, paid training.
- Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision – initiated after 60-day probation period.
