Description: Dynamic Family Law firm in Sudbury, MA seeks full time legal assistant/office manager with at least 2 years of law firm litigation experience with a preference for family law. We seek a detail-oriented and energetic self-starter to join our fast-paced team.
Job responsibilities include all law firm legal assistant roles including the following:
- Reception;
- Office management;
- Correspondence;
- Scheduling;
- Court filings;
- Client intake, opening, maintaining and closing files;
- Client communications;
- Managing and organizing files.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of litigation law firm experience. Family law experience preferred;
- A minimum of an associate's degree or paralegal certificate;
- Excellent computer skills; proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software including Clio;
- Organized with excellent time management skills;
- Detail-oriented;
- Personable with good people skills;
- Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Responsible team player; and
- Able to work independently.
