Duties

  • Initiate outbound calls using warm calling techniques to prospective clients, introducing our products and services with enthusiasm.
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Engage in business development activities by identifying new market opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Present product features and benefits clearly, demonstrating technical knowledge and understanding client needs.
  • Use CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Negotiate terms with prospects to close deals that align with company goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and lead conversion.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales environments.
  • Excellent telemarketing and outbound calling abilities combined with warm calling techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing contacts and sales activities.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Knowledge of technical sales concepts and the ability to explain complex solutions simply.
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship management.
