What You'll Do
You'll own the customer experience from the very first contact. That means:
- Responding quickly and professionally to phone calls, internet leads, and online chats — making customers feel like a priority from the first contact
- Setting appointments by building genuine rapport and communicating value
- Following up with leads, prospects, and existing customers through our CRM
- Making outbound calls to connect customers with new vehicle and service opportunities
- Collaborating with the BDC Team Lead and Sales Managers to refine scripts, email campaigns, and follow-up strategies
- Providing performance updates to dealership leadership and tracking appointments through to sale

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 months of customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred (but not required — we'll train the right person)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning CRM and dealership software
