Graf Construction and Graf Studio are growing, and we're looking for an organized, dependable Construction Billing & Project Coordinator to join our team.
This is a key position within our office that supports construction projects from start to finish through billing, project coordination, JobTread administration, and financial reporting. During the initial training period, you'll also have the opportunity to learn additional accounting and office functions while helping support our growing team. As we continue to expand, responsibilities will become more specialized, allowing you to focus primarily on project coordination and construction billing.

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly construction billing and draw requests.
- Coordinate project budgets and billing with project managers.
- Maintain project information in JobTread.
- Prepare Studio invoices and customer billing.
- Review employee time entries and job coding.
- Generate financial and project reports.
- Maintain project documentation and customer information.
- Assist with business operations and administrative projects.
- Cross-train in accounting and office procedures during the transition period.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, accounting, bookkeeping, or a related administrative role.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- JobTread experience is a plus.
- QuickBooks experience is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
