Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM

Physical Demands:
- Able to lift waist-high to 40-pound items (icing buckets/boxes) up to 10-15 times a day.
- Lifting sheet pans (5 to 15 lb. with or without cakes on them) up over the shoulder to stack or place on a rack. Lifting and moving trash and other moderate items.
- Frequent standing in one place with occasionally walking to get supplies – 95-100% of the day.
- Walking up and down steps.
- Slippery surfaces with flour and water on the floor – including walk-in freezers and refrigerators. (Slip-resistant shoes required)
- Physical dexterity to bend, lift, fold boxes, stack, clean, open heavy bulky doors, etc.
- Physical dexterity and strength to fill and squeeze pastry bags of icing and ice cakes using a spatula for up to 10 hours a day, four days a week.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Reasoning Development: Apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions and deal with problems involving some variability.
- Mathematical Development: Add and subtract two-digit numbers and perform basic multiplication and division.
- Language Development: Read at a level to be able to understand instructions, able to compare similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers; able to speak with others clearly and convey information effectively.
- Licensure & Certifications: None required, being an RBA certified decorator is desired
- Education: High school graduate or GED
