What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prototype Technician position at Grady-White Boats?
Grady-White Boats is currently looking for Prototype Technicians to join our team!
In this role, you’ll work alongside a team of product specialists to support the construction, testing, and evaluation of new models. You’ll review and troubleshoot existing product systems and parts, implement improvements, and assist engineers as needed. You’ll also collaborate with vendors on new parts and accessories and provide training, technical support, and troubleshooting guidance to production teams.
Work Environment
This is a hands-on role that involves climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
