This role is ideal for a candidate with 2 to 3 years of experience who enjoys working with employees, solving problems, and being detail oriented. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in attention to detail, and is looking to grow in their HR career.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of Human Resources, payroll, benefits, administrative, or office experience
- Experience supporting payroll processing and benefits administration preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, including the ability to create spreadsheets, organize data, generate reports, and perform basic analysis
- Experience using HRIS, payroll, or benefits administration systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
