Summary
The Jr. Application Coordinator has primary responsibility for design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of Professional Billing applications. They are responsible for obtaining and maintain in-depth knowledge of the application functionality, and acquiring knowledge of the operational / revenue workflows to be implemented on the system. Jointly with each other and with the department representatives, they design a future-state workflow and build the system to support the new workflow. They work with each other in workgroups, and across interdisciplinary workgroups, to accomplish these goals as a team.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in IT or healthcare
- EPIC Professional Billing certification preferred
- Possesses an understanding of hospital revenue cycle system capabilities to address process requirements
