The Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals to join our team as Photographers. No experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude, love working with students, and aren’t afraid to be a little silly to get that perfect smile, we’ll teach you the rest. Our training program will get you camera-ready in no time.
What You’ll Do
- Create a fun, relaxed experience for students of all ages in front of the camera
- Use company-provided equipment to take high-quality school portraits
- Prep and test gear before shoots to ensure smooth sessions
- Follow our streamlined workflows to stay organized and efficient
- Work closely with school staff, students, and parents in a professional, friendly manner
- Assist in equipment setup and breakdown at each location
- Participate in training and professional development sessions
What We’re Looking For
- Age 18 with high school diploma or equivalent
- Willing and able to pass background screening
- Early Mornings
- Outgoing, kid-friendly personality
- Great communication and people skills
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Comfortable with light lifting (up to 40 lbs) and being on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
