Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness using OPERA or similar hotel management software
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently, demonstrating excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Monitor security systems, perform safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain accurate records for management review
- Handle multi-line phone systems to assist guests and internal departments with inquiries or service requests
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight guest needs or facility concerns
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in night audit or front desk roles
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or comparable platforms
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
