What are the responsibilities and job description for the Yearbook Representative/Graphic Designer position at Grads Photography?
Grads Photography has a fully equipped in-house yearbook printing facility. We are seeking a dedicated individual to collaborate with school yearbook advisors to design and oversee the production of yearbooks. If you are a motivated team player with a keen eye for detail and strong management skills, we want to hear from you. We are looking to fill this position immediately with highly qualified individuals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with school yearbook advisors to design and manage yearbook production.
- Provide prompt and efficient resolution to customer inquiries.
- Utilize Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office products effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in Internet Explorer, MS Word, MS Excel, and Gmail.
- Maintain organization and attention to detail throughout the production process.
Qualifications:
- Available to work Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (hours may vary).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Recommended Experience:
- Prior design experience is required.
- Bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Preferably at least 2 years of design experience.
