Front Desk/Customer Service Representative
Grads Photography is dedicated to delivering exceptional professional service to our valued guests promptly. We are seeking enthusiastic team players with adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for learning.
Our studio specializes in portrait sessions for Seniors and Families. We are in search of qualified candidates to serve as the primary point of contact for our guests upon their arrival at our studio. As a member of our team, you will warmly welcome and assist guests, coordinate front-desk activities, and guide guests through their appointments. Additionally, you will manage appointment scheduling, handle customer inquiries via phone and email, and oversee the processing and packaging of customer orders, among other responsibilities.
The key responsibilities of this role include ensuring a positive guest experience at the front desk and executing all administrative tasks to the highest standards of quality.

Grads Photography began in 2000. Utilizing digital photography and an in-house lab, we have expanded into the elementary and high school picture market with tremendous growth due to superior service and quality products. We currently service over 140 schools with Portraits and yearbooks.

Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon their arrival at the studio.
- Help customers with questions about sessions and products.
- Document customer interactions and assist with problem resolution.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Ensure accurate entry and printing of orders.
- Process and package customer orders.
- Enter and manage client info using our internal systems.
- Role involves mostly standing, with some seated tasks.
- Monday: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
- Tuesdays & Fridays: 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
- Wednesdays and Thursdays: 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
- Saturdays: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. We require Saturday availability, as it is our busiest day of the week.
- (Operating hours vary as bookings require).
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer skills (e.g., Internet Explorer, MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to commute to our studio in Glendale, AZ.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Customer service experience of at least one year.
- Bilingualism is advantageous but not required.

Salary : $16 - $17
