Gradient Partners is a sales and business consulting firm specializing in strategic brand representation and market growth. We’re seeking a confident, goal-oriented Verizon Agent to join our team. This Full-Time position offers a meaningful opportunity to represent a nationally recognized telecommunications brand while cultivating expertise in customer engagement, solution delivery, and commercial strategy.

As a Verizon Agent, you will engage directly with customers to understand their needs, present tailored sales solutions, and facilitate seamless enrollment in Verizon’s suite of services. Your role will center on building trust, delivering value, and driving customer satisfaction through consultative dialogue and strategic product positioning. You’ll guide customers from first contact to enrollment with professionalism and strategic clarity.

Role Requirements for a Verizon Agent

  • Engage prospective customers through direct, in-person outreach to present Verizon’s suite of services, including Verizon devices and wireless services.
  • Perform structured needs assessments to evaluate existing service configurations and deliver tailored, solution-oriented recommendations aligned with customer priorities.
  • Articulate the technical and experiential value of Verizon’s offerings, translating complex product features into compelling benefits that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Steward the full sales lifecycle, guiding customers from initial engagement through enrollment with precision, transparency, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a portfolio of newly acquired accounts, providing strategic follow-up and ensuring continuity of service, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
  • Demonstrate consistent performance across key sales benchmarks set for the Verizon Agent, reflecting discipline, initiative, and a commitment to measurable outcomes.
