Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Gradient Annuity Brokerage which offers fixed annuity solutions. For more than two decades, our sales team has built a reputation of success, backed by over 300 years of combined industry experience. We are seeking a President of Gradient Annuity Brokerage to lead our annuity sales organization.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategic direction for Gradient Annuity Brokerage.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and implementing scalable programs that increase production across the organization.
- Partner with sales leaders and marketers to create impactful training programs, webinars, and educational resources that strengthen product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier partners, serving as a key liaison and advocate to foster collaboration and support business objectives.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the sales team by cultivating a high-performance culture centered on accountability, engagement, and positive energy.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation strategies, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal-closing execution.
- Continuously evaluate market conditions, industry trends, and sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and growth.
- Play a critical role in agent recruitment, retention, engagement, and long-term relationship management.
- Resolve escalated producer and carrier issues by providing leadership, guidance, and effective solutions that protect relationships and support business continuity.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What you Bring
- 10 years of annuity experience – Preferred
- 5 years of sales experience – Required
- 5 years of leadership experience – Required
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
- Deep understanding of the full sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and closing strategies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and improve team performance.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
