Gradex is seeking to fill job position for a Project Manager for Residential and Commercial site work construction. Come join our team! Gradex has been in business for 30 years, and is actively looking to grow! 3-5 years of construction experience expected for this position.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the construction industry
- Must have a valid Drivers License.
- Must have NV OSHA 10 hour training certification.
- Must pass pre employment drug and alcohol test.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Properly layout and setup a project
- Review and manage job schedule and cost breakdown
- Review and manage daily timecards and equipment inspections from field staff
- Prepare submittals and RFIs for projects
- Set up job and see the permits, labor notices, safety rules and regulations and any other necessary materials are posted in a conspicuous place
- Have a thorough knowledge of plans and specifications for each project
- Keep progress schedule current and attend weekly job meetings
- Create, submit, and manage change orders for assigned projects
- Estimate projects and change orders as required
- Assist inspectors on project reviews.
- Maintain good relationships with inspectors, architects, subcontractors, owners, and other key people connected with the project
- Prepare monthly billing statements and invoicing
- Manage material cost allocations and invoice processing
- Effectively communicate the project plan with all stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Must know OSHA laws in regards to excavation and trenching safety.
- Must have good verbal communication skills to give and receive orders in the field.
- Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
