Your Role

As a Project Manager at Grade, you are at the heart of our customer projects. You will lead the implementation of our products from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to our platform. Your responsibilities include:

• Educating and inspiring customers so they get the most out of our solutions.
• Coordinating resources and keeping projects on track – on time and within budget.
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Working in a hybrid environment – choose between any of our offices.
  
  

We Believe You Have

• Experience in project management, preferably within SaaS and software implementation.
• Strong communication skills in Finnish (Swedish is a plus).
• Technical understanding and curiosity to learn new systems.
• Ability to lead groups and create engagement.
• Experience managing projects end-to-end with a customer-focused approach.
