What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Client Services - Inside Sales (No Cold Calling) position at Grade Potential Tutoring?
Grade Potential Tutoring is seeking a few more team members for our full time Manager of Client Services (Inside Sales) position.
We have 5 available shifts to choose from (All in Pacific Time, but we are hiring throughout the country, including Hawaii) that start at 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 8:45am, and 10:00am, and then working a normal 8 hour work day, all with a 1 hour lunch. Hawaiian Team Members could start between 8am and 9am Hawaii Time.
We are offering a base salary of $31,200 per year PLUS Monthly Commissions (expected earnings for a Manager of Client Services are $50,000-$70,000 per year), $125 per month towards any health insurance plan of your choice, and 3-6 weeks of paid time off. Outstanding Team Members can be promoted to "Senior Manager of Client Services" where earning potential is significantly greater.
The Manager of Client Services is responsible for talking with prospective clients who call in to learn about our services, educate them on our process, and then SIGN THEM UP! This is an inside sales job, but there is ZERO COLD CALLING! All prospects call in to our office to learn more, or submit online requests for us to call them back.
