About the student
- 3rd grade student
- The student needs to work with a tutor for support.
- The student primarily needs support in math. Her math grade has dropped significantly this year and she is struggling to understand the new methods her school is using for multiplication and division. She is becoming discouraged and needs support catching up and rebuilding confidence.
- The goal is to improve the student's math skills and confidence.
- Family wants 1 hour sessions, 2 times a week, on Tuesday and Thursday, between 4pm-7pm.
- Family is seeking a tutor who can meet at the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library in Evansville.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidates have prior experience working with elementary students.
- Ideal candidates will have prior experience teaching/tutoring students in math and ELA.
- Willing to travel within your preferred local radius to meet the student (typically 5-10 miles)
- Due to insurance requirements, applicants must not be a minor.
Student Availability
TUE & THUR: 4:00pm-7:00pm
Pay & Benefits
