Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Greenville, SC. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring optimal system functionality. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining clear communication with clients regarding their HVAC/R needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance to ensure HVAC systems function effectively
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting HVAC systems to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Dedicated to achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
- EPA certification or relevant HVAC credentials preferred
- Experience in the HVAC industry or a related technical field
