What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Gracywoods II Living Center?
Hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Operates the phone system efficiently, recording messages, connecting calls, providing information, and facilitating resident request for minor services.
Performs secretarial and clerical functions for the facility Administrator.
Schedule Doctor Appointments and Transportation for residents.
Keeps sign-in register for visitors and workers in the buildings.
Maintains confidentiality in all matters relating to residents and employees.
Participates in emergency training to assist in case of fire or other disaster.
Uses tactful, appropriate communications in sensitive and emotional situations.
Promotes positive public relations with patients, residents, family members and guests.
Use appropriate work place behavior and adhere to dress code at all times.
Salary : $22 - $45
