This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.

Graco is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to Graco’s EVP and Chief Marketing Officer and the broader Marketing Leadership Team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Marketing organization and requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Blending traditional executive support with modern, digital-first administrative practices, this role helps keep the team organized, connected, and focused on driving key business priorities.

What You Will Do At Graco

Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, and correspondence for the EVP & CMO and Marketing Leadership Team.
  • Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure leaders are fully prepared for meetings and deliverables.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and communications with a high level of polish and accuracy.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism.
  • Process expenses, manage budgets, and track key departmental approvals as needed.

Marketing Function Support

  • Support department-wide meetings, communications, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Maintain shared tools, trackers, and files (Teams, SharePoint, Workfront?, Jira?) for consistency and efficiency.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding by coordinating equipment, system access, scheduling introductions, preparing welcome materials and ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Identify and implement administrative process improvements that enhance workflow and collaboration.

Event Planning Support

  • Partner with the Events Manager to support both internal and external events.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as scheduling, travel, catering, materials, and vendor communications.
  • Manage event communications, invitations, and post-event documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring To Graco

  • 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Accelerators

  • Prior involvement in coordinating corporate events, conferences, or leadership meetings will accelerate success in this role, particularly for candidates comfortable handling logistics, vendor coordination and executive-level visibility.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
