The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.

What You Will Do At Graco
- Participate in new product development as a member of a design team by:
- Applying your engineering skills to solve problems
- Helping with design analysis and root cause testing
- Running tests to optimize performance
- Contributing to electrical hardware and software design
- Participate in the standard product team by:
- Applying your engineering skills to solve problems
- Determine root cause of failures in the field
- Develop, qualify, and implement solutions to problems
- Consult with electrical manufacturers to resolve product issues
- Troubleshoot issues on existing standard products
- Create and execute product qualification plans
- Interact daily on-site with team, including lab work, project meetings, and design discussions
- Conduct analysis of Graco and competitive products
- Pursuing BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Strong working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs
- initiative to learn industry and project requirements
- Experience with various programming languages such as C, C , and Python.
- Knowledge of electrical circuit design, specifically using Altium designer
