The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.

Job Profile Summary
What You Will Do at Graco
- Assembly and installation of fixtures and tooling
- Help with equipment design, and recommendation of sensors and safe guarding
- Electrical panel wiring, pneumatic and hydraulic plumbing
- Create and edit electrical schematics
- Support engineering efforts to install and integrate new robotic and ancillary equipment
- Order and document components necessary for projects
- Maintain a productive, efficient, and team-oriented work environment
- Perform machine safety analysis to verify systems meet OSHA requirements
- Work with the product design team, mechanical designer and manufacturing engineer during the prove-out process.
- Troubleshoot issues with automated equipment and develop solutions
- Currently enrolled and pursing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable program
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team member
- Mechanical aptitude and desire for hands on work
- Robotic, PLC, or Labview programming experience
- Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (excel, word, PowerPoint)
