What You’ll Do
- Originate residential mortgage loans from high-quality consumer-direct leads
- Guide borrowers through personalized loan consultations and application processes
- Review and collect necessary documentation for loan processing
- Stay up to date with guidelines and available loan programs
- Work closely with in-house operations to deliver a smooth borrower experience
- Achieve and exceed monthly production goals
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator license in at least one of the following states: IL, FL, IN, IA, MN, or WI
- Proven experience in consumer direct mortgage sales (refi and/or purchase)
- Strong knowledge of residential lending products and loan guidelines
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- A go-getter attitude with a team-first approach
- CRM and LOS experience is a plus
