Gracient Home Healthcare is seeking a dependable, experienced CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care for a client in Winston-Salem.

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Provide medication reminders (no administration)
- Light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
- Observe and report changes in client condition
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification or strong HHA experience
- Minimum 1–2 years caregiving experience preferred
- Experience in home care or private duty strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
