What are the responsibilities and job description for the BSAC Teacher Before and After School Group Leader (Part-time) position at Gracie's Childcare and Learning Center?
A passion for early childhood education and school-age children are 5 to 12 and require direct supervision, discipline, and on-going arts, crafts, and age- appropriate activities.
Requirements:
Salary negotiable with 90-day solid work ethics, performance, and experience.
Six months sign-on bonus, tuition assistance, and Early Years scholarship.

Qualifications:
- To apply you must be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or a credited equivalent (i.e.GED)
- NC Childcare Criminal Background Check will be required
- CPR and First Aid certifications preferred but can be obtained upon hiring
- Previous experience working with children in a licensed or accredited day care, childcare center or preschool preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Adapt to a continuously changing, fast-paced environment and participate in activities such as singing, dancing, jumping and running.
- Ability to fully engage in physical activity, including kneeling, stooping, squatting, and standing for a majority of the day.
- Ability to ensure and keep a safe environment that follows state regulations
- Adequately diffuse situations between children and ensure the safety of each child
