About the Role
Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Post Falls is looking for a high-energy, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Team Member to join our growing team. This is not just a receptionist position — you will be the first impression for every new family, student, and prospect who walks through our doors or calls our academy.
We are growing from 350 to 450 students, and we need someone who can help us get there by creating an exceptional first experience, booking free trials, following up with leads, and supporting our team every shift.
Hours:
- Mondays & Fridays 9AM-12:30PM
- Tuesday & Thursdays 11AM-2PM
- Friday evenings: 3 PM – 7 PM
- Training is primarily conducted on the job. A small number of additional training hours may be required during the first few weeks.
You Must Be 18 or Older to Apply
Responsibilities
- Greet students, parents, and prospects warmly
- Answer phone calls professionally and with energy
- Follow up with leads and help book free 10-day trials
- Give tours to new families and prospects
- Support enrollment conversations and guide families into the right program
- Follow scripts, processes, and academy systems
- Use academy software efficiently
- Call members with past due balances & update payment method
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Support instructors and the ownership team
- Help create a high-energy, positive environment

Relevant backgrounds include: customer service, sales, front desk, hospitality, fitness, childcare, coaching, admin, or similar.
