We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our Art Studio in a nurturing environment focused on kids, art, programming, birthday parties and special events.
Art Studio Team Member (Part-Time)
Location: In-Person
Schedule: Afternoons | After-School | Weekdays Weekends as Needed | 4-Hour Shifts
About the Role
Do you love working with kids? Are you creative, energetic, and passionate about making a difference? We’re looking for enthusiastic, dependable Art Studio Team Members to join our growing studio where creativity, confidence, and fun come to life. You’ll play a key role in inspiring young artists through art classes, birthday parties, and special events in a warm, upbeat environment.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and engage children ranging from toddlers to middle schoolers
- Lead fun, hands-on art activities including painting, drawing, and crafts
- Help facilitate birthday parties and special events
- Create a welcoming, safe, and positive studio environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work closely with a supportive, creative team to deliver amazing experiences
- Encourage creativity, confidence, and self-expression in every child
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children (babysitting, daycare, camps, tutoring, etc. a plus.
- Interest in arts and crafts (no professional experience required—training provided)
- Patient, kind, and encouraging personality
- Ability to multi-task in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, energetic, and eager to learn
