Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical services to clients under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional.
- Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, families, and community partners
- Actively engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as required by Florida state regulations.
- Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and community outreach
- Maintain required caseloads (Full-Time: 25 client visits/week)
- Other duties as assigned
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Active Florida registration (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI)
- Multicultural competence and strong communication skills
- Ability to complete documentation efficiently
- Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus)
- Spanish-speaking a plus
- Competitive compensation ranging from $40 per session ($47,000–$57,000 per year) for full-time roles
