What are the responsibilities and job description for the Qualified Professional (QP) – Peer Support Program Supervisor position at GracePoint Community Services, LLC?
GracePoint Community Services is seeking a Qualified Professional (QP) to provide oversight, supervision, and program management for our Peer Support Services Program.
The QP will ensure all services are delivered in compliance with North Carolina Medicaid standards, while supporting staff development, service quality, and client outcomes.
This position plays a key leadership role in bridging clinical expectations, peer support delivery, and community-based services.
Program Supervision & Oversight
- Provide direct supervision to Peer Support Specialists
- Ensure staff are delivering services in alignment with Person-Centered Plans (PCPs)
- Monitor staff productivity, performance, and service quality
- Conduct regular supervision meetings and field observations
- Review and approve service documentation for Medicaid compliance
- Coordinate with Licensed Clinicians for assessments and service authorizations
- Ensure proper implementation of service plans and interventions
- Support crisis response planning when needed
- Oversee coordination between Peer Support and Employment Services
- Ensure staff understand and maintain clear service distinctions (PSS vs CRP)
- Collaborate with Vocational Rehabilitation and workforce partners
- Monitor outcomes related to employment and recovery goals
- nsure all services meet NC Medicaid, DMH/DD/SUS, and agency standards
- Conduct chart audits and documentation reviews
- Maintain readiness for state audits and site visits
- Assist in developing policies, workflows, and quality improvement plans

- Support onboarding of new hires
- Qualified Professional (QP) in North Carolina, candidates must meet one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.)
- AND
- 2 years of experience working with individuals with:
- Mental health disorders
- Substance use disorders
- Intellectual/developmental disabilities
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
