Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Associate to support our advisors in financial Advisory office. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, along with solid general math skills. Experience with mail merge is essential, as document preparation, formatting, reporting, and data accuracy are key components of this position.
This opportunity is ideal for someone seeking long-term stability with a collaborative team. We are looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in accuracy, values consistency, and is willing to learn office-specific processes and terminology over time. Previous experience in a financial, investment, banking, or advisory setting is a plus, but not required for the right candidate with strong administrative and technical abilities.
This is an on-site position, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, edit, and proofread professional documents using Microsoft Word
- Perform mail merges for client communications and document distribution
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and data tracking systems using Microsoft Excel
- Apply general math skills for data entry, calculations, and accuracy checks
- Provide administrative support to office leadership and staff
- Maintain organized client files and documentation
- Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Update and maintain CRM records
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
- Assist with general administrative and office duties
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (formatting, editing, document structure, mail merge)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, data organization, formulas)
- Strong general math skills
- Prior administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Experience with mail merge required

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
